I purchased insurance for my car. Got a quote on line . I got the insurance an two days later I get a call telling me I to get the app so I could start with the drivers program. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A PROGRAM. SO I WAS CHARGED $75 MORE.
Staff is rude. Told me they had already payed on my claim. Come to find out they got me mixed up with another persons claim. Finally this is all over and I hope to never have to deal with this company again.
Not a great experience with claims processing. It did finally process just fine light under 30 days. I’m still waiting on money to be deposited.
