I am really disappointed with this organization. I have been working through a workers compensation injury for over a year and my agent (Tina B) and her supervisor (Linda B) don't seem to care about helping me. I have not heard from my agent in over 3 months despite multiple contact attempts. Her supervisor does nothing to help besides say she will have my agent get ahold of me, which has still not happened after nearly a month after that. The most elusive and incompetent people you’ll ever have the displeasure of dealing with. Being injured at work and dealing with those consequences is bad enough, and they just made it so much worse. After a year and a half of thinking they paid the medical provider, turns out their “third party” (that they refused to give me any contact info for) sent the payments to the wrong provider….and my “litigation specialist” at Harford insisted that the medical provider (and myself) take up with the issue with the third party. I purchased insurance for my car. Got a quote on line . I got the insurance an two days later I get a call telling me I to get the app so I could start with the drivers program. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A PROGRAM. SO I WAS CHARGED $75 MORE.
Staff is rude. Told me they had already payed on my claim. Come to find out they got me mixed up with another persons claim. Finally this is all over and I hope to never have to deal with this company again.
