I opened a checking account at this bank so I could have my Harford boat loan on autopay and save on interest. The loan rates were much better than their competitors. Since opening the account there has been several issues with online banking and deposits, every time they make changes or update the app, there’s issues. The most recent issue, the app instructs you to write “For Mobile Deposit Only” below signature/endorse line, then declines your deposit because you didn’t write “For Mobile Deposit at Harford Bank Only”. The Southfields branch has been my bank for several years. The people are so helpful and friendly! I have never had such personal service at any other bank! They really are the absolute best!
The girls (and William) at this branch are amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty. I am so glad to have switched from APG and met these great ladies.
