Really helpful shop. John listened carefully to my concerns, identified the problem, and the bike was fixed. And all done with real care and attention.
I needed a cardboard box to transport a bike on a plane back to Ireland. The box was held for 5 days before I picked it up, absolute legends! He even handed me a blade to cut the box to the desired height, super bike shop. Could not have helped me any more, A1 !!!
I have been getting bicycles repaired and serviced at Hares for 12 years or more. John and Will are brilliant, knowledgeable, helpful and stand by their work. There are other, flashier cycle shops in Bath, but these guys are the tops
