I placed an order for my cats Senvelgo (diabetes meds) they promptly contacted my veterinarian, who unfortunately refused to fill the medicine through Hardy paws as they had not heard of the website. I reached out to Hardy paws customer service (they sound to be US based) who were extremely polite and immediate canceled the order and issued a refund. I received my money back within two days to my account. Because of this experience I’d definitely consider using them again for any non prescription pet needs. Thank you!
I’m a little speechless, but I have to share that this company is unbelievable. I didn’t even know people cared so much anymore, let alone a company. We placed an order that had to be cancelled due to the death of our pet. There were no troubles, just sympathy. Then a couple weeks later we received a sympathy card and remembrance frame in the mail. ❤️ 🥹 It’s the sweetest thing, and I can’t believe they went out of their way to that for us. Inconsiderate and greedy customer “service”. If you want reasonable service, avoid this place at all costs and buy elsewhere. They place no value on the customer’s need.
I have to say these folks really helped me out. I have a cat that is in renal failure, and needs Lactated Ringers every day. There were some mix ups with the prescription from my vet and shipping. Mr.Bob took care of the situation for me, and I got a box of Lactated Ringers at my door with 20 ml to spare. I won't get into what all he did, but he certainly didnt have to do what he did for me. I'll use them for any future orders!
My steer had an upcoming surgery for his eye and my vet gave me a list of prescriptions to purchase with an RX two weeks ahead of the procedure. Hardy Paw had everything I needed but one item so I placed an order. They contacted my vet to approve the scripts and charged me, but it took THIRTEEN days to ship.
