I rang up about a custom rear prop for rebuild. I drove up and dropped off my shaft for quote. It was a little more expensive than the salesman initially estimated. A small communication error meant the shaft was initially shorter than required. Scott Barber immediately recognised the situation and went above and beyond to pickup and deliver the modified shaft himself in less than 5 days. I purchased a tail shaft for ford territory they supplied the wrong size, they would not supply right size. They said it was my fault. I even took factory tail shaft in to show that there's was wrong they still wouldn't own up to there mistake. just gave me money back and told me they couldn't help.
Very professional and quick, they actually had a slip yoke for my commodore when every other site was sold out, plus it was cheaper
Absolute disgrace, 39 years as a mechanic and never seen anything like it.
