Hardy Flooring put a vinyl product in my entire house. Few years later, the top layer of wood under the vinyl stated to deteriate. I contacted another flooring company. The owner told me there was a barrier that was supposed to be installed between the wood and vinyl. $10k screw up by Hardy floors. Another $15k to remove old vinyl and top layer of plywood and replace with new on entire house! You are NOT supposed to glue vinyl to plywood which is what he did. Rotted my floors.

Excellent selection of flooring in their showroom. Great customer service and pricing was fair. Definitely call them again!
