What a frustrating experience. I placed my order for a butcher block countertop and two floating shelves. Soon after ordering I was contacted by the company to make sure that I wanted my edge detail added to all sides of the countertop. My order was placed on hold until I verified. I ordered two hard maple wide plank countertops for my kitchen remodel. They looked great at first, but when we laid them on the cabinets we noticed that both are concave. There is nearly a 1/4” dip[ in the middle, which makes them useless for installing our sink and cooktop. I am really upset, and now my entire remodel is on hold and ruined. Really disappointing workmanship and quality control.
Needed some odd-sized red oak stair treads which were not available locally. HLC was able to supply the pieces I needed at a very reasonable price which also included free shipping. The treads arrived neatly and securely packaged, and I was pleasantly surprised to find they had been sized perfectly to my EXACT specifications. Very pleasant experience.
