Youβll go into their showroom and be ignored for about an hour until you ask for help! Then youβll choose your materials and theyβll draw up an approximate estimate. Then theyβll send out a project takeoff person we had a lady to size up the job so as to give you a real true quote! From day one when we walked into Hardwood Giant Torbram store the experience was pleasant. Kuman Grewal was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the difference between the different types of floors. We took our sample home and decided on what it was we wanted. The person came over and inspected our rooms and explained what had to be done, another knowledgeable person, he was so friendly and explained everything that had to be done. Hardwood Giant was amazing from start to finish. I have a 6,000 square foot home, and their European installers did an outstanding job. The work was done quickly but with incredible attention to detail. The flooring looks flawless, and they even did the stairs perfectly β smooth, sturdy, and beautiful. The whole process was stress-free, and the quality of the hardwood is top-notch.
