An earlier review noting the 50/50 customer service was spot on…
I want to like this place…I really do. But both times I’ve come here the customer service has been extremely disappointing. The employees get visibly irritated when you ask questions or place an order, and their attitude is rude and unwelcoming. 2 stars because their products are solid, but the overall experience is pretty awful.

Good quality products but 50/50 on the customer service. The couple times I’ve gone there you either get someone who will go out of their way to help you or get someone who is just miserable with life that doesn’t want to deal with people at all. Hard to support local with crap service.
