Just submitted my second order. The prices were great and Jerry did a great job with a difficult install. Also, I appreciate the personal service I have received from Candy.
Love our Exeter table, chairs and buffet! The service we have received from Candy and Gary at Hardwood Furniture & Design has been excellent from ordering advice, shipping, and through maintenance.
Bad customer service and over priced furnitures. They treat customers very bad, I bet thats why nobody visiting them
This is not how you speak to customers that spent well over 10k with them. So sad that they accused and continue to accuse the customer of damaging the finish of a table. If anyone knows if this is heat damage or some other type of damage to the stain? They offered no solutions and I had to continuously tell Garry to not speak to me in the manner he was speaking to me over the phone. So sad, do not order from them. Save yourself the heartache
They were wonderful. They have great furniture. I love what i purchased .
