We love Hardwicks and are always greeted by such friendly and knowledgeable employees! Plus they have beautiful, high quality furniture with quick delivery!
Jill "the manager" has little to no customer service / social skills. The actual store is great, vast selection and good prices. 5 stars for the store... However, If you have mobility issues do not attempt to shop here, Jill was rather bothered by my elderly grandmother requesting a few prices so she could make a selection. At least my grandma disregarded how rude you were and still bought, because of the high quality of product.
