Amazing bike shop. They restore my faith in humanity. Every team member is knowledgeable and provides the best service, specializing in families and commuters. A must see and support!
Mackenzie finds time for everyone. Although he’s extremely busy (and probably stressed) he doesn’t let it show. Every person who walks in has his attention. I marvel at his ability to deal with so many different questions and scenarios with patience. He is a model small business owner who cares about the community - and gives so much. There are bad people in the world but MacKenzie is definitely not one of them - stop robbing him PLEASE!!!
Nerds about bikes in the best way. Came in here for a ferrule, they gave me like 7 different ones for $1. I appreciate the zero pretentiousness approach of the owner and main man in the shop. I will be back!
Just stopped by Hardt Family Cyclery. I was not interested in buying an electric bike or other bike. Just needed a brake cable. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure I had the crimps I would need. When I do consider making a BIG purchase I will definitely shop here!
Start of summer brought my bike in to get my two flat tires fixed and got a new bike lock. Lovely place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice little shop.cool little area. Love having local spots like this in my area 5/5
