Before MacKenzie opened his shop in Aurora, we didn't have a convenient, reliable bike shop. He takes the time with each person telling them his honest recommendations. He is satisfied when the customer is satisfied. I personally have benefited from his kindness and generosity. I can't say enough about his shop. Go in and see for yourself.
We love, love, love the team at Hardt Family Cyclery. My husband and I each took our Tern Electric Bikes in for a tuneup, now at 4500 miles on each; something we did when the bikes were at 2500 miles, but because they didn’t see any need for adjustments then , they didn’t bill me for looking at the bikes. They just won’t pick up the phone. I called multiple times over two weeks to know if they’d take my bike in for a tune up. Ended up going there on a Thursday around noon just to find a paper on the door saying they were closed. I heard good things about them, but my overall experience has been a waste of time.
Seems like they are very nice.
