EDIT: Need to update this review after MacKenzie ghosted me. My Tern needed a repair, he said it wouldn't be a problem then stopped replying to multiple email and voice calls. Haven't heard a peep for months and needed to find another location for the repair. OLD: MacKenzie is amazing, we've gotten so much great advice and help getting our ebikes purchased, setup, and serviced! Fantastic service and it's wonderful having such a knowledgeable and friendly local business available.
