Just stopped by Hardt Family Cyclery. I was not interested in buying an electric bike or other bike. Just needed a brake cable. They were friendly, welcoming, and made sure I had the crimps I would need. When I do consider making a BIG purchase I will definitely shop here!
Start of summer brought my bike in to get my two flat tires fixed and got a new bike lock. Lovely place. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice little shop.cool little area. Love having local spots like this in my area 5/5
Exceptional service and experience delivered by great, honest people. I trust their mechanical skills/advice as well as their sales expertise for gear recommendations. A gem to have locally in the neighborhood and a business I am happy to support. Definitely recommend to anyone for bike-related needs.
I have tried to be patient and understanding that running a small business is tough but at a certain point, I just need to know when I can expect my bike. I emailed Mackenzie back in March to schedule a time to drop off my bike for an annual tuneup. When I got there on April 8th- the day we agreed to via email- his staff said they weren’t expecting my bike and couldn’t give me an estimate on when my bike would be done bc I wasn’t in the system, despite showing them the email exchange with Mackenzie.
