Very poor Technical support for on-line purchase.
Hardline is an amazing company! Great, sturdy, reliable products and absolutely amazing customer service. I was having a hard time finding a part in Canada and called them directly. They immediately processed my credit card and shipped the item express from Florida to Canada and I received it in 2 DAYS! Unbelievable! I owe them a huge thank you for one happy kid who can now ride her bike on our holiday! 5 stars!
I am not quite sure why this company and brand has a three star rating on Google, so I felt the need to leave a review. Let’s first start out by saying their customer service is top-tier, and working with Kevin was super easy And professional. I decided to pick up a couple of their products (registration stickers, decal installation kit, vest handles, etc) And they all worked perfect And exactly what I expected. It made the process so much easier and I will definitely be using their brand again!
