I’ve worked fast food for a little over two years now and I’ve always tried to be understanding to those who work in the food industry. You’ll have days when you’re short staffed and slammed with a bad dinner rush, or when you get a table of overly meticulous and complicated customers; I get it, I’ve been there. Atmosphere was alright, but it shouldn’t take 45 minutes for our food and when we got it, it was cold. The staff wasn’t even courteous about it either

Terrible experience. The waitress was nice, but after coming to our table once even though she was talking to a table next to us, we never got any service again. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and never received the appetizer until we asked the host up front, and by that time 30 minutes had passed, our food was sitting on a counter the whole time and was served cold.
