They refused to provide accurate information on property sale proceeds. The office reeked of cannabis when I picked up my documents. Sketchy vibes.

We used them for a property purchase. They behaved quite biased towards the other party who were Shelburne locals, while we are not from the area. They demanded we sign without providing a proper accounting of priceeds and the figures eventually provided did not match the documentation. Bad vibes. Avoid if possible.
