Paid Plummer 275 to fix all leaks. Been going up at least 10$ every month! Up to 101.61 this month! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! I'M NOT PAYING FOR YOUR SMART METERS!

Spent 275$ for plumber to check/fix leaks because water bill was too high. Water bill went from 72$ to 86! WTH???

Have had issues with high water bills since moving to white hall. Went to cut my yard, and the meter was covered in Listeria vine that had taken root. My water bill goes up every summer even though I don't have a garden. I KNOW my meter isn't being read! I've cut the wisteria back. Let's see if my meter is actually read! BTW, there were two empty booze bottles under the vine.

No customer service. Very rude treatment of customers. No sense of compassion to help first time customers understand anything. All they want is your money. If I could give 0 stars i would.
