Couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone. No voice mail, no being put on hold until someone can answer, just told to call back during business hours... is 1pm on a monday not within business hours?

Unprofessional and wasted my time! Now I get to take off work to go up there and make them do their jobs correctly... I Changed my address on their forms 3 years in a row... they mail my title to the right place but still left the 4-year-old address on the title... when I call to ask why the guy is a total ahole and has the attitude of a child and kept 'scoffing' at me.

Rude unprofessional women in this place. They need to be trained to shut up and listen. They talk in circles with incorrect information. Spoke with 3 different women and they each had a different answer to the same questions. not sure how they even have a job. perhaps they are only skilled at taking payments. my wife's first time to come in her and she commented as why left .. why do they keep talking and not listen ? and why does the lady get attitude when you are asking questions ?
