We are rider/family owned and believe in giving back by supporting our local riding community. Our mechanics are professionally trained and are the best in the city. Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took a look at my bike as a walk-in, charged an extremely reasonable price for their time and labour to do so. I would not hesitate to take tune-ups, repairs, or future purchases there. They have earned a customer.
Friendly staff. Always willing to talk through issues/concerns for service appointments and will talk through options with you. I’ve taken my road bike in multiple times, and they help order new parts, talk through what they’re going to do, and keep records of your past services.
The staff is completely useless. Wouldn't even attempt to fix my son's bike. Didn't even look at it. Why can't you can play more about the poor customer service.
