Staff were welcoming and efficient. They finished the bike maintenance sooner than anticipated. The staff have always been quick with opening the front door so that dragging the bike in is painless.

I bought a new bike last fall at a wonderful sale price. I recently had two issues with the bike and they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate the friendly, prompt service.

Beyond horrible experience with a "Hardcore Overhaul" service on my bike. Here's the issues. 1. I receive an emailed invoice saying my bike is complete and ready for pick up. I notice they wrote that they added tubeless sealant to my tires, which had tubes installed when I dropped it off. I asked them about it and they said they use a copy/paste template for work orders.
