Totally agree with the excellent customer service. The place has competitive prices and a great range with different brands to choose from. Aaron assisted me with correct sizing for work boots with a knowledgeable, professional, efficient manner. A positive shopping experience, hopefully the boots will live up to expectations.

Sent me wrong item, told me they would call back first thing in the morning. That never happened… I’m expected to take time off work, to send this parcel back. Then wait for them to receive it to get another one… at least another week plus waiting for this rain jacket. Today and tomorrow is expecting 10-15mm. Will be without the rain jacket for work.. extremely disappointed… Honestly the least you could have done is phoned like you said you would.
