Paid for a two year magazine subscription dating back to September 2023. I’ve received no magazines despite my many attempts to communicate with them (email and phone calls) and here it is March 2024 and still nothing. Requested a refund almost one month ago and received no refund. Poorly run company. Poor customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could. Meanwhile, I’m scammed of my $100.
