It sounded good. I bought it. Now, it doesn't work. I purchased an Arc-Flash "Train-the-trainer" course. After downloading it I am unable to access purchased features. Main menu does not work. I cannot get anyone there to return my calls. I can't do business with non-professionals. I am disgusted with them.
Did not have any quizzes during the presentation. OSHA 30 was much better. Many prep quizzes. Failed 2x's. No certificate.
My company uses Hard Hat Training with multiple employees taking different courses throughout the year. Hard Hat Training has duplicated charges and overcharged our credit card multiple times and refuses to give reimbursement. We contacted customer service on multiple occasions, and we were given the runaround or an empty promise of a follow up each time.
