Recommended5 STAR Nursing Care Facility - Harbour Wood Care Center is great! Dad had a stroke and can no longer take care of himself. We visited multiple Facilities throughout Pinellas County and found that most were gross, and the clean ones felt super sterile; kind of like a Hospice facility. We were bringing Dad in for assistance, not to die! We wanted a clean facility AND a fun environment. We found the perfect fit at Harbour Wood.
