Placing a loved one in a home is never easy. It’s gut wrenching to be exact. However, when that decision is made, you expect for your loved one to be cared for and given compassion. This facility lacks respect, compassion, empathy, etc. They disregard the patients needs, as well as the families. They document NOTHING, therefore staff are never on the same page. This facility needs to be investigated by Nova Scotia Health, as well Public Health immediately. Do NOT send your loved ones here.
