Dropped off a weed eater for repair, it needed a carb clean and adjustment as well as the recoil replaced. I was told it would be looked at next week. Stopped in 3 weeks later and they still hadn’t even looked at it. Another week goes by and then we get a message. I stop in and no one there has any idea if it has been serviced or not. The recoil was replaced, so I took it and hoped for the best. 100$ and all they did was replace the recoil. They didn’t service it, they didn’t clean the carb. I could not remove the brush cutter head to install a blade on my recently purchased Stihl brush cutter. I asked if someone could remove it for me or tell me how to do it myself. I was told by the person who appeared to be in charge that he did not have time to speak with me. I could leave it and someone would look at it in a few weeks. There were 3 staff in the store and I was the only customer. Such an incredibly rude and abrasive response to my simple question means I will never buy another tool from them.
