Absolutely terrible to deal with. I have been trying for nearly a year now to get my parents investments paid out to their estate. It's been nothing but delays, ignored emails, phone calls not returned. In my option, do not invest your money with Harbourfront and if you or anyone you know has money invested with them, start the process to pull it out now because it may take a long, long, long time.
