I have been the hairdresser at Harbour Rise for over a year now, and I can honestly say it is a truly special place. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond with the care and kindness they show to every resident. Cecile and Mark, have been friends of Norrms for a long time. Norrms is the founder of purple angel dementia awareness charity. Harbour Rise have hosted the sponsored walk for the past few years providing refreshments to the participants of the walk. Mum came to live with us as she was no longer available to live alone. We were finding it difficult being her sole carers and we were recommended to Harbour Rise for day-care. On my first visit to Harbour Rise I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. The same has been true on every occasion since - and there have been many. I have always found the staff, management and owners to be approachable, conscientious and professional. The ratio of staff to residents is excellent and the care residents receive is exceptional. Harbour Rise is a well run clean and inviting care home offering a great range of options to look after your loved one. Every time I am there the staff are always friendly and helpful. Mark and Cecile invest a lot in keeping the home up to date and comfortable for the residence we visited many care homes within the bay and could not fined anywhere that was in the same league as Harbour Rise.
