We reached out to ask about openings for my son and included some issues we had with some mental delays with my son. The director reached out via email asking for some clarification about it and once I responded she called me to tell me they had openings and would be able to take him. We went to the tour and were turned away right away being told they would not be able to accommodate him. Kindercare Harbour Pointe was my number 1 choice when I decided to go back to work. I did a tour with Kathy the director and she was so sweet and very informative. My son has been going for a few weeks now and he loves Ms. Rachel! She is the best and I love the updates we get throughout the day. I feel at ease knowing he is in Ms. Rachels care!! We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location! My daughter has been attending for about 3 years and has LOVED every classroom she’s been in and every teacher that she’s had! Her absolute favorite teachers have been Ms Kayleen and Ms Maha. She talks about them every day, tells me she misses them, and even invited both to her birthday party this year! This place is A+! I have had both of my kids go from the infant room, to toddlers, and now one of them will be in Transitional Kindergarten and the other will be in Discovery Preschool! Our experience with staff have been nothing but positive and we know that they care about the well being of our children. Special shoutout to the Infant teachers, Ms staci and aspen, as well as Ms Kayleen and Maha for helping to develop our children and keeping them safe. Highly recommend this daycare!
