I just now purchased some furnitures including bed set,outdoor set.I am very pleased with the customer service they gave with incredible patience and guidance from Jai.
We purchased two beds and a mattress, and the service we received from Jai was outstanding. He was incredibly understanding and respectful of our preferences, listened carefully to our requests, and was exceptionally polite. Jai went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible price.
Worst experience ever. We have bought $30,000 worth of furniture from Harbour Lane, and the leather lounge is damaged with torn leather, and they are giving excuses because they don't want us to claim it in the warranty. Please never ever buy from Harbour Lane. If you have ordered anything, please cancel, as they are not giving good service after purchasing from them.
