I happened to attend one of the cruises of this company and I had very unpleasant experience with the staff on board of MV Britania. Bartenders performed their duties in very unprofessional way, they were mixing up orders, they were charging different prices for the same drinks, they were rude.

Maddy coordinated everything with precision and made everything so easy. Mike and Maddy provided upfront cost proposals which we also appreciated. Your staff went above and beyond to keep everyone happy, and everyone was most impressed.
