Based on Personal Experience- while you are about to take the place everyone is co-operative. Once you start your lease its very difficult to get hold of any management to get the repair done if any. Please be careful when you walk in new house check for all the damages. they charged me an outrageous amount for some kitchen counter which was their fault when I took the lease. I’m a local Realtor @SyncereYouRealtor covid slow down construction on my new home. So I decided to look into renting at this location. What attracted me was the views of the water. I am obsessed with water views. I feel it’s a great way for me to relax after a long busy day of helping people find homes. I must say I wasn’t impressed, I mean the view was nice.
