After dealing with severe all over body pain for over a year, I decided to try acupuncture. Being one of the only places open on the weekends, I decided to go to Sheena and can not be any happier with my decision. I can happily say that after 8 sessions, I am the closest to normal I have been since the pain started. I will be forever grateful for my healing journey with Sheena.

Treatments are professional, effective and the results are lasting when I maintain a monthly schedule. I needed acupuncture to address a chronic issue but as long as I stay on top of my maintenance treatments, I feel much better.
I met Sheena at a Wellness Fair and was intrigued to learn that acupuncture is not only for physical ailments, but emotional and mental as well. I was struggling with depression and anxiety and decided to try acupuncture. Sheena was quick to make me comfortable in this new experience, and she clearly has great expertise in the human body. I enjoyed my time with her very much, and found it very soothing and beneficial. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for treatment!
I have been seeing Sheena for over 6 years now. She is such an amazing person and passionate about acupuncture. Where there is a will there is a way- acupuncture is such a great tool for all ailments. From muscle paint to headaches to balancing horomones…there is something for everyone. Highly recommend Sheena and her practice.
