I highly recommend Sheena at harbour city healers clinic for acupuncture treatment in prenatal care. During the final weeks of pregnancy, the treatments were incredibly helpful in preparing my body for labour. I also experienced significant relief from pelvic and groin pain, which made a huge difference in my comfort leading up to delivery. The care was professional, supportive, and very knowledgeable about pregnancy. Such a wonderful option for anyone looking for extra support during the prenatal period

I had a few acupunture with Sheena when I was overdue to give birth to my baby (40-41 weeks). She really helped me relax and increase the blood flow in my pelvic area. Each time I went to her clinic I would sleep really, really well and my body felt recharged. She was also very flexible in scheduling appointments which did a lot to me. Now my baby is two months and very healthy!

After dealing with severe all over body pain for over a year, I decided to try acupuncture. Being one of the only places open on the weekends, I decided to go to Sheena and can not be any happier with my decision. I can happily say that after 8 sessions, I am the closest to normal I have been since the pain started. I will be forever grateful for my healing journey with Sheena.
