Bought a 39$ one way flight to van from Nanaimo on Black Friday thinking wow this is awesome. Unfortunately today (Feb) super sick and dizzy so called to see if I could get a credit for flight as don’t want to get their staff and everyone else sick on the small plane ride. Or potentially pass out on flight (don’t think they’d appreciate that). They kindly offered to let me pay an additional cancellation fee of $25… to get the $14 difference in initial payment that can be applied from my account in the future. Not helpful at ... read more
Due to circumstances beyond my control I couldn't make my flight. Harbour Air refused to give me a refund,instead they gave me a credit which I don't need. $200 going to waste leaving a bad taste in my mouth...
