My family had one of our worst experiences ever with one of your employees, Craig Munro. It is a shame this individual represents a nice company like Harbour Air. People from different backgrounds and places deserve to be treated with respect and working for an Airline doesn’t make you superior to others. Ethics complaint will follow.

Harbour Air is an exceptionally well-organized company, and it really shows in every part of the customer experience. From booking to check-in, everything was smooth and efficient. A special shoutout to Nina in customer care—she was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to be understanding, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism paired with such a human touch. Highly recommend Harbour Air

Great service and beautiful flight. In-flight staff and dock staff in Nanaimo were a bit grumpy but understandable when dealing with the tourists this time of year plus the heat. 5 stars and will use the service again

This business has excellent customer service! I had a family emergency and they accommodated changes to a flight for me that very same day. The woman I spoke to was so very nice and helpful. Their pilot was welcoming, professional and came with a sense of humor. We should all be so grateful to have a transportation service on the Coast like Harbor Air.
