My wife and I are first time home buyers and Darlene and her team at HarborOne were incredible. They answered every question we had (at any time of day) and made sure we understood everything that was put in front of us throughout the process. Darlene was proactive and made sure we got a great interest rate literally hours before rates were increased. Darlene was able to put together approval letters on short turn arounds, even over the weekend. And whenever I had a question, I received a quick response and often a phone call to make sure I understood everything.
