My wife and I are first time home buyers and Darlene and her team at HarborOne were incredible. They answered every question we had (at any time of day) and made sure we understood everything that was put in front of us throughout the process. Darlene was proactive and made sure we got a great interest rate literally hours before rates were increased. We will absolutely use Darlene and HarborOne again and recommend them to anyone in the market.

Darlene at HarborOne was amazing and made our experience as first-time home buyers great! We had tons of questions and she graciously answered all of them, even after normal hours/on weekends. She helped us created multiple mortgage scenarios and explained each one to us in detail, so that we fully understood every piece. As a first-time homebuyer, I was lucky to work with a great team at HarborOne Mortgage, including Darlene Pearl and Donna Hickey. They made the whole process a lot easier. Darlene was able to put together approval letters on short turn arounds, even over the weekend. And whenever I had a question, I received a quick response and often a phone call to make sure I understood everything. Best of all, they made sure that we could close on time, even with a tight turnaround.
