Great company to work for. Lots of programs for homebuyers and refinance.
We had an amazing experience working with Karen and HarborOne Mortgage. I did not have a great experience with my prior house closing. This made me have doubts going into my most recent closing. Karen was there for my wife and I anytime I had a question. She went above and beyond to make our experience EXCEPTIONAL! I would recommend HarborOne to anyone looking to finance a home.
Absolutely A plus for pleasant attitudes but resounding failure for mortgage management. The only other company that compares is the now, thank God, defunct Countrywide. Harbor One, against all federal laws and guidelines repeatedly (pattern)blocks the consumer’s ability to more rapidly pay down their loan, costing the consumer ultimately if not corrected tens of thousands of dollars.
