HarborOne Mortgage has been easy to work with. They answer all my questions, and they have a professional staff.
I refinanced two properties with HarborOne - MA and CT. They claimed I had to retire nearly all my other debts saying they were going to sell my loans into the secondary market and had to be "freddie/fannie" compliant. They take it to the extreme. It gets worse - they didn't sell one of my loans but they handed both my loans off to a servicer called LoanCare which is the most abusive, anti-consumer loan servicer I've ever encountered in my 35 years as a person who has had residential, commercial and investment mortgages - ma... read more
