I went to the Cambridge location yesterday and was amazed by the impeccable service of the team, specially, Amine and Michael who swiftly helped me resolve some of my account issues. Highly recommend this branch!

Walked in no teller at desk , short man asked me to come into his office to help because I wanted to cash my check, told me He couldn’t cash it because it’s “not my business” to know why . Awful hospitality definitely not going back. Other ways to word things to make people feel welcomed and understand and this guy just didn’t care
(Backstory)In the process of buying a home I had to get a certified check. Lo and behold a month after I drop off the check, it got lost jeopardizing my sale. I take a shot in the dark and call the Harbor one Branch that I drew it from, I come in contact with Julija over the phone. She takes the information and calls me back five minutes later with a few more questions so she can come up with a solution.
