Customer service is horrible.
I have been a loyal customer for many years, which made my recent experience with Eastern Bank in Bridgewater even more disappointing. Rather than considering the value of a long-term high-dollar customer relationship, Eastern Bank was entirely focused on rigid policies with little willingness to evaluate a reasonable request on its individual merits. Eastern had been my bank for 20 years. Always ready to help.
Wish Harborone was still here, Eastern Bank is awful. Tellers unfriendly and they take forever. Only car in drive through and waited over 5 mins an didn’t see customers at counter.
Absolutely ridiculous waited 45 min and customer service people either walked by me or proceeded to help people who came in after me!!!!!! I will not be banking here any more
