Eastern had been my bank for 20 years. Always ready to help.
Wish Harborone was still here, Eastern Bank is awful. Tellers unfriendly and they take forever. Only car in drive through and waited over 5 mins an didn’t see customers at counter.
Absolutely ridiculous waited 45 min and customer service people either walked by me or proceeded to help people who came in after me!!!!!! I will not be banking here any more
Been a loyal customer for over twenty years of this branch now, but one sour encounter with one of their tellers at the drive-thru did a whole lot within a two-minute interaction to stain the years of good experiences I’ve had. Simply, I wanted to CASH a check. The teller asked me if I wanted to either “cash or deposit”, to which I clearly verbalized, and verbatim, into the speaker, “cash, please”. She confirms my request. Poor service I've been sitting in drive thru for 15min and no one has come even with the call button pressed for 10 of those minutes, rather sit on the cell phone, let's do better people with our jobs !!
