Harbor One is a great bank! The tellers are always pleasant and quick even when they're busy inside (I'm usually at the drive thru). Never have an issue with the online banking either. Highly Recommended.
As a business owner this local branch does not pride itself in customer service. They would rather transfer you to a non personal main phone number and let you stay on hold and navigate your way through endless prompts. Takes approximately 45-60 minutes to simply allow your cards to be used for travel. ZERO accountability
