Great place friendly workers.
I was a Harbor One customer for years... I was anxious about the take over by Eastern Bank, but thus far I have been truly impressed with the level of customer service excellence that Eastern Bank has provided me. They call me for any issues that arise or for clarification on things. I love that personal touch that most places have lost.
