I miss Harbor one! Eastern Bank sucks. You can only take out $20 denominations from the atm, with HarborOne you could take out $1 $5 bills as well. And their daily limit is $500 less than HarborOne daily limit, which makes it very inconvenient when you're trying to pay rent and you're in a time crunch and the bank is closed.
Terrible idea to move to the new location. Bad spot and very inconvenient. Dangerous intersection. New location and branch design is definitely NOT an upgrade. Slowest service EVER. SLOWEST SERVICE EVER.
I went with my niece to open an account and Joe Amaral was our banker. He did a a fantastic job helping us open the account. He carefully explained all the guidelines and services in an easy to understand fashion. He printed out the guidelines, then highlighted the most important ones for her to remember. My niece left HarborOne with a thorough understanding of what she can expect from banking with them. Thank you again Joe for exceptional service!
Joey has always been amazingly helpful, polite and a very kind person. He's very thoughtful in his approach to people, specifically being very kind and helpful to my mother after the passing of her husband. He was so helpful and thorough to help her get all the details in order in what was a highly emotional time. Personally I'm very grateful to Joey for how he handled that and I'm very glad to know good people like him are still out there. Thank you Joey!!
I am a Professional Fiduciary and had to do some extensive work on a client's account with verifications needed for medicaid. The branch was great both in person and remotely getting me what I needed. Sarah, the branch manager was who I worked with the most. It was easy to reach her and she was timely in response to requests. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
