I am a Professional Fiduciary and had to do some extensive work on a client's account with verifications needed for medicaid. The branch was great both in person and remotely getting me what I needed. Sarah, the branch manager was who I worked with the most. It was easy to reach her and she was timely in response to requests. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

Moved from a good location to a horribly inconvenient one. Smart move geniuses. Update: this inside ATM this morning (April 9th, 2023) froze on my accounts page and refused to give my card back. I had to yank my card out but it's still frozen on my accounts page. Avoid this bank at all costs. Update: it appears HarborNone has had some trouble with hackers. Got a nice email from my mortgage lender that my account was locked due to this. Seriously this is pathetic.
