My daughter and I went into the bank today with a issue. The issue turned out to be more complicated than we anticipated. The manager at this bank could not have been kinder. I feel bad because I did not get her name. She worked hard for us and went the extra mile in a stressful situation. We could not be more thankful!
I was a transfer from Harbor One to Eastern Bank. I had direct deposit for the account. I am now in Colorado. I have been trying to get my funds out of Eastern since they finally admitted they had my direct deposit and come into any branch to get it. I advised in Colorado. Each time I spoke to someone in customer service there was something else required that was not reiterated the previous call. Finally they are sending the check. Really bad customer service
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH THIS BANK AND THINGS HAVE GONE DOWN HILL FAST EVER SINCE THEY BECAME PART OF EASTERN BANK. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU COULD ANSWER YOUR PHONE;EVEN THE CALL CENTER AT EASTERN BANK HAS TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH TO YOU. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITH "please email us" and we will work to resolve this issue, JUST WORK ON PICKING UP THE DAMN PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER PHONES
