Things run pretty smoothly during the daytime but evenings are a whole different story. There is only one attendant per floor in the assisted living section. These women are clearly overworked. They have to distribute medicine and put those residents to bed who can't do it themselves and also attend to the people who press their emergency button. HarborChase is a beautiful Community especially their memory care. I had the pleasure of touring with Zully the director of sales who was so kind and understanding. She took her time and answered all my questions and went over the different types of activities they provide to the residents. I'm planning on moving to Florida with my mom who will need a Memory Care and I know that this Community will be the place were my family and I would want mom to be in. Beautiful building with great amenities for your loved ones. The care staff shows how much they love their jobs just by the care they provide for your loved ones. The management team truly cares about every aspect of the residents day to day living and really try to enhance their live with fun activities and engagement. Would definitely recommend this facility for assisted living and memory care.
Buyer beware. If you love your parents, don’t believe sales or the executive director, Paul. We were lied to so many times about every aspect. If you need level 3 or 4 care, they can’t do it. They won’t train their people and your loved one will suffer. They will say they will fix things but they won’t. The restaurant situation is complete joke.
