Had our first tour to consider this location for my parent. Light and bright. Zully the Sales Director was very personable and answered all our questions.
Was nice at first but the turn over rate is ridiculous. They would leave my grandmother sitting in her own filth for hours and forget to take her blood sugars before and after she ate over a handful of times. Literal laundry lists of errors on the facilities end. The serving staff had no personalities and always looked as if they hated the job. Moved my mother into the facility July 2022. Moved her out July 2023. The facility changed Medical Directors 5 times in one year, three Executive Directors, and does not have a system in place to do wellness checks on residents who aren’t leaving their rooms. My mother had chronic UTI’s and I requested wellness check multiple times over the year she was there. They were never done.
