The building seems to be on the up and up. I was visiting a family member and they seemed super happy other than the food complaints and unfortunately my family member said the director of nursing was rude and not very easy to talk to. When I asked her why she did not bring it up to the director they said everyone knows how she is and nothing is ever done about it. Lynette Martinez pathways director (aka activities director) really dedicates herself to keeping the memory care residents engaged. Which isn’t always so easy when after lunch they just want to fall a sleep. She always comes up with fun and creative things to keep residents minds active. Thank you Lynette!
