I honestly question whether there is effective HR oversight at this Tamarac location. The lack of professionalism and concern for patients is extremely disappointing. When I received a call regarding my bill, the individual who identified themselves as a BOM spoke to me with an unprofessional attitude and was dismissive throughout the conversation. Wonderful, very kind staff, especially Ms Garshia, Ms Beatrice, Ms Antoinette, & Ms Angelica. The ALF is clean, organized, & well run.
Thank you Harbor chase for taking care of my aunt Marilyn Goldberg. The staff was excellent, professional, and caring. Harbor chase was always clean and neat, celebrating all holidays and kept the residents busy playing games. The nursing staff was also excellent and took great care of my aunt. Terrible people that work here. They don’t care about the residents only the money. The sales guy, top scammer. Once he gets you in, you never hear from him again. The DON, sketchy, the BOM, unprofessional, the ED non existent. The rooms are dirty and its is run down. Only positive thing I can say is the ladies at front desk are so nice. Lovely ladies but I decided to go elsewhere.
These people are the shadiest set of people I’ve ever encountered in my life. I was looking for a place for my grandmother but I am no longer interested.If you’re thinking of bringing your loved one here, think again!!
