Terrible customer service. The lady in the lobby shouldn't be working in front of people. She was rude and disrespectful. Definitely not recommended.
Staff was pleasant and responsive
Joshua is AMAZING in the memory unit. Truly cares about his residents and is extremely caring. THANK YOU JOSHUA for making my grandmas day all the time you’re god sent!! Give this man a raise!!!!!!!
The Harrison is a phenomenal facility. From Sue at the front desk yo all of the floor staff were warm, knowledgeable and professional not to mention helpful.
