I think the most difficult decision I had to ever make was- where to place my husband when he deteriorated to where I knew I could no longer safely care for him at home. If we could give HarborChase 0 stars, we would. I am devastated and completely appalled at the treatment my family member has received at HC. While it was bad initially, since she moved into memory care she's been completely neglected. She is left in soiled sheets and furniture frequently, locked in her room, and goes without her dentures, TV remote, etc for days if not weeks at a time. When visited, we often her she isn't being taken to meals -- we requested light meals be taken to her room (a small sandwich, soup, etc). We... read more
