The Cove community at Storypoint has been so wonderful! After months of my MIL bouncing around between countless facilities and having nightmare-ish experiences everywhere else, we can finally sleep well at night knowing she is safe at Storypoint. We have been so pleased with all the amenities and staff at StoryPoint Germantown. My mom (82, early dementia) is enjoying the many activities and friendship there. The staff is always keeping me informed of the happenings and always willing to help Mom with little issues, like her phone or tv. This has been the perfect balance of independence in her apartment, and additional eyes on her without the need to have sitters. I visited this community last week and absolutely LOVED it! Every employee and resident I spoke with was so welcoming and kind. The activities are amazing. I watched the residents doing their daily exercises with Tony, and they were laughing and having the best time. Several told me they were new to the community and felt at home immediately. This is truly a 5-star resort for seniors.
This community is SO beautiful and full of energy! The team and residents are always having a great time. Very caring and creative staff!
