This place is big almost got lost in there looks small from the outside but it's really big on the inside nice place
We moved Linda’s Mom in just prior to the Covid pandemic startup in early 2020. It’s been a great place, but we’ve noticed many improvements in the time since Community First Solutions acquired the facility and changed the name to The Patterson. It’s a lovely and caring place. Sasha and her team are awesome, and Howie, the food service director has accommodated us on several family event luncheons and dinners. We love these people.
Mom has been at The Patterson for 3+ years in memory care. The facility is beautiful, but I’m concerned about the cleanliness. I do believe that The Patterson has made some improvements over Harbor Chase. However, the personal grooming has been bad; wel’ll see if this will improve. One exception is Tammy who is the on-site cosmologist and takes very good care for my mom. I picked up here as a nurse snd have several concerns. First as a memory unit no nurse should identify patients that are not alert and oriented by a clip on name badge that are easily picked up by others. Second upon trying to administer medication I noticed almost every single resident had missing medication that had been missing for a longer period than waiting for a refill to be delivered. Big kudos to Julie Croucher and her staff!!! Our sister is a patient in memory care and experienced several medical set backs over the past three months. Julie and her staff were always there to ensure the multiple transitions from memory care to hospital to rehab to memory care were handled smoothly and in the best interests of our sister. Julie was always prompt and responsive to numerous questions and unusual circumstances.
