I have been here in the independent living building for six months. My first impression during my tour of the facility was how friendly and welcoming everyone I crossed paths with is and the cleanliness of the facility. The location is beautiful, and quite offering great walking areas-yet very close to shopping centers. The staff is supportive, accommodating, and go out of their way to take care of any issues. The people who live here are friendly, supportive and welcoming. The staff is also friendly and go the extra mile for residents who have unusual requests or problems. I thoroughly enjoy living here and had no idea of the like minded people I would meet and the staff who support us.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here unless you have family/friend at the higher up. Staff bulliying is real
I agree with the other comments that the staff are caring, but there has been considerable turnover in high-level positions since my mom moved in one year ago. Moving forward, I hope to see more activities and field trips for residents, and more stable staffing.
